8/2 Saturday Spankings
Welcome to another week of Saturday Spankings!
I want to take a quick moment and thank everyone for making Last Dance for Cadence such a successful release. The reviews are starting to come in (11 5-star and 1 4-star). It hit the top 100 in three different categories on Amazon. Sad as it is, this moment comes with every book. I’ve done all I can do for it. It’s time to pin a $20 to its lapel and send it off into the big wide world to manage on its own. So, instead of a Saturday Spank, I figured I’d go out with a kiss.
When his gaze shifted from her eyes to her lips, she forgot how to resist, argue, or even think. Was he going to kiss her? Was she going to say no?
She ought to. She barely knew the man in every way that counted, and in those ways that didn’t…well, she still had to work with him and that alone made accepting his kiss such a bad, bad—
He bent, bringing his mouth closer to hers.
She tried to tell him no, even as she could feel her own chin lifting as if to meet him halfway. His breath smelled just like coffee, forever realigning in her mind exactly what her idea of heaven could be.
I’ve got a new work in progress that I hope to finish this month. So, next on the list: Ana Adored!
